These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between the service provider and users who use domain registration, web hosting, server solutions, and programming services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1. Service Users
Our services are intended exclusively for:
- Legal entities (companies, organizations, and entrepreneurs)
- Individuals who do not publish, host, or distribute content that is explicit, illegal, or against moral norms
We reserve the right to refuse to provide service or to terminate cooperation with users who violate these rules.
2. Permitted Use
Users agree to use our servers and infrastructure solely for lawful and legitimate purposes. It is prohibited to:
- Host pornographic, explicit, or violent content
- Distribute malicious software, viruses, or spam
- Gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
- Violate copyrights and intellectual property
- Use servers for fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service without the right to a refund.
3. Domain Registration
When registering a domain, the user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. The service provider is not responsible for refusal or termination of the domain by competent registries (national or international). The user agrees not to infringe the rights of third parties or use the domain for illegal purposes.
4. Web Hosting and Server Services
Hosting and server services are provided according to the selected package. The provider undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure availability, stability, and security of the system, but does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted service.
The user is responsible for the content hosted on their account and is obliged to regularly back up their data. The provider may, if necessary, perform technical maintenance which may cause short service interruptions.
5. Payments and Obligations
All services are paid in advance, according to the valid price list. Late payment may result in suspension or termination of the account. Refunds are possible only in accordance with a clearly defined refund policy, except in cases when the service is terminated due to violation of these Terms.
6. Liability
The service provider is not liable for:
- Data loss caused by user negligence
- Unauthorized account access due to poor password protection
- Damage caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, internet provider outage, etc.)
The user agrees to use the services at their own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms of Use periodically. All significant changes will be communicated to users via website or email. Continuing to use the services after changes are made is considered acceptance of the new terms.
